Fees

My current fees are:

COUNSELLING AND PSYCHOTHERAPY

15-30 minute introductory consultation: Free
50 minute ongoing weekly therapy appointment: GBP £90 (A block of 6 sessions costs £486, £81 per session)

EATING DISORDER TREATMENT, CBT-E

Eating disorder 1 hour 30 minute-2 hour assessment £150
CBT-E 50 minute therapy appointment GBP £120 (A block of 5 sessions costs £540, £108 per session)
I do not offer concession fees for CBT-E.

I ask that payment is made prior to each appointment.

SUPERVISION

My fee for individual supervision is £75 per 60-minute supervision session and £112.50 per 90 minute supervision session.

CBT-E / eating disorder supervision is £120 per 60-minute supervision session

CONCESSION FEES, THERAPY

I offer a limited number of concession fees for general counselling and psychotherapy. I have no concession spaces available at the moment, but will update my website when this changes. I do not offer concession fees for eating disorder therapy / CBT-E.

CONCESSION FEES, SUPERVISION

I offer a limited number of concession fees (£50 per 60 minute supervision session) for supervision to trainees, students and therapists on a low income.

RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients usually reserve the same appointment time on a recurring weekly basis.

I operate a one week rescheduling and cancellation policy for clients and for supervisees. I will not charge any fee if you give notice of one week or more. If you cancel with less than one week’s notice, I charge the full fee.

Clients and supervisees can end therapy with one week's notice. Endings are agreed together as they are an important part of therapy.
